The situation
6 Pack Macros had a real product — iOS, Android, and a web coach dashboard — with real coaches and real clients. But the platform was carrying significant technical debt across all three surfaces, manual workflows were limiting how many clients a coach could realistically manage, and there was no intelligent automation to take the repetitive work off coaches’ plates.
The product worked. It just didn’t scale.
What I was brought in to do
Own the product. Roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and cross-functional execution across engineering, design, support, and marketing.
What I’ve built and shipped
Started with stabilisation — technical debt reduction across the mobile apps and backend before touching anything new. You can’t build on an unstable foundation.
Once the platform was solid, shipped AI features in phases: an AI Workout Creator that generates structured training plans based on a client’s goals, experience, and available equipment. An AI Meal Planner that builds personalized nutrition plans aligned to macro targets. An AI Meal Scanner that lets clients photograph a meal and extract the nutritional data — no manual logging. Workout tracking intelligence that surfaces insights automatically instead of making coaches dig for them.
Each feature shipped with a clear adoption goal, not just a release date. Worked closely with support and marketing to make sure coaches actually used what we built.
Alongside the AI rollout, led phased optimization of the coach dashboard — billing, subscriptions, client management, onboarding workflows. The goal throughout: reduce the manual work coaches do per client so they can take on more without burning out.
The result
Mobile app stability significantly improved. AI features live across workout and nutrition. Coach efficiency up, manual workload down. Platform positioned to scale.
Still on the team. Still shipping.
